General Contest Rules
The following promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only (including its territories, possessions, and commonwealths, except Puerto Rico) and will be construed and evaluated according to United States laws. Do not proceed in this site if you are not a legal U.S. resident, 21 years or older, and accessing this site in the United States, its territories, possessions, or commonwealths (except Puerto Rico).
All eligible entries will be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing.
When you enter at the Your Wedding TV web site, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional material and e-mails and reminders for upcoming Your Wedding TV promotions and its advertisers and affiliates. Consenting to receive such promotional materials and e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these promotional materials and e-mails, the use of such correspondence shall be subject to the privacy policy of Tiffany Production Studios Corp. and Your Wedding TV. Your Wedding TV ("Sponsor") and their travel company respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes; inability to access the Your Wedding TV Web Site; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; printing or human or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing, in person submission, or online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Purchase will not increase chance of winning.
All winners must be at least 18 years of age or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to claim their prize.
Prizes will be awarded as stated on the official prize sheets for each individual contest for each individual Your Wedding TV Show within Your Wedding TV and Tiffany Production Studios Corp. Prizes are subject to the expiration date or restrictions put on the prize by the sponsor. For a prize valued at a minimum of $50.00, there can only be one winner per household within a ninety (90) day period and/or the length of a specified contest.
Prize must be claimed within thirty (30) regular days of winning the prize or the prize is forfeited.
If the winner does not claim his or her prize, no alternate winner will be chosen and the prize becomes the property of Your Wedding TV. Your Wedding TV and Tiffany Production Studios Corp. are not responsible for the expiration date or restrictions put on prize by sponsor.
To retrieve a prize, prizewinner must claim the prize at the local
Your Wedding TV office. Prizes must be claimed with a scheduled appointment Tuesday through Friday.
The prize and any portion of the prize are nontransferable and may not be redeemed in any way for cash or other goods. There are no substitutions for prizes.
By entering, all participants and/or entrants release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this sweepstakes. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. This sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law.
All taxes are the full responsibility of the winner. If the total prize value within one calendar year exceeds $600, Your Wedding TV will provide the winner the appropriate tax form no later than January 31 of the following year.
All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are winner's responsibility. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize. Sponsor shall solely determine the specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the Sweepstakes. The trip portion of the Grand Prize shall be on dates subject to Sponsor's approval, and Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner's guests may, at Sponsor's sole election, be required to originate their travel from the gateway airport closest to Grand Prize Winner's home. Some restrictions may apply. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.
All winners must present picture identification, address, phone number, and correct social security number in order to claim prize. Any winner not meeting these conditions will forfeit prize.
Employees of Your Wedding TV and Tiffany Production Studios Corp. their immediate family, and contest sponsors are not eligible to enter and/or win a contest.
Your Wedding TV and/or Tiffany Production Studios Corp. are not responsible for any technical failure in incoming or outgoing telephone, fax, or e-mail connections.
Entry into any Your Wedding TV contest constitutes actual consent and permission from entrant to use, without compensation, the name, likeness, pictures, video and voice of entrants, winners and or other participants for promotional purposes. Winners are required to sign a release form allowing Your Wedding TV to use name, voice, video and picture for promotional use.
Rules are available upon request at Tiffany Production Studios 401 Sequoia Ct. Geneva, Florida 32732. We reserve the right to change the rules, such changes to be effective upon announcement. All decisions of Your Wedding TV and Tiffany Production Studios Corp. are final.

Your Wedding TV reserves the right to terminate contest at any time, termination to be effective upon announcement.
Your Wedding TV and Tiffany Production Studios Corp. is not responsible if contest sponsors or prize providers are unable to fulfill agreements made by sponsor and Your Wedding TV and Tiffany Production Studios Corp.
If the winner is found to be in violation of one or more of the specific contest rules, Your Wedding TV reserves the right to disqualify them and prohibit that individual from further participation in Your Wedding TV contests indefinitely.
Under certain limited circumstances, Tiffany Production Studios and Your Wedding TV will permit a winner(s) designee to claim a prize on behalf of the winner. The winner must request alternate claiming arrangements and abide by any condition imposed by Your Wedding TV and Tiffany Production Studios for retrieval of the prize. Duplicate entries will be removed and will not be considered for the drawing. Contest void where prohibited.
Please be aware that air fare is NOT included in the trip giveaway unless otherwise stated and advertised. Also, there may be a per night service and gratuity fee charged to you by the hotel/resort.
